Before Mexico, Flip covered a lot of ground between the Rockies and the Midwest. From ranching to the oilfield, hotel business, construction and being self employed, Flip has been working with people all his life, and continues to do so here at Lakeside. Heavily involved in the construction end of things as well as being owner/agent of a thriving real estate office, Flip does manage to get things done. And, no stranger to the stage, Flip stays active in the music scene performing in various venues around town. Informative and a "straight shooter" pretty much sums it up.

During the last 24 years, Christian lived in Sacramento California. In 2004 - 2007 he worked as a Loan Officer, but due to the Real Estate crash back in 2007 - 2009 he changed fields and started to work at a Latino Fine Magazine called MITO as the Marketing Director. In 2010 he came back to the Real Estate Industry but this time as an agent. In 2014, his production sales surpassed 40% of the company revenue, and for that reason, it got the attention of Remax Real Estate that offered the office to operate as an outside branch. As a wife of a professional musician, music gave Cheryl a fabulous social experience over many years and was the strange connection that brought them to Ajijic 4 years ago. They immediatelty fell in love with the climate, the incredible surroundings, and of course the wonderful Mexican people. While traveling back and forth from Dallas the past 4 years they met so many people like them, but had already made the move to mexico, and are now their friends. So, after working 20 years for a Hedge Fund in Dallas, Cheryl was ready for change. Her husband, Jim, had already decided to bite the bullet. They moved here the first quarter of 2020 without regret. Now, Cheryl being the “people person” that she is has accepted the offer to work with Fenix Real Estate connecting people with properties, and sharing her experience with those starting a new life here.
